Our convenient storage facility at 80 Bradford St., Barrie, Ontario, is secure, fully heated and lit, and sprinkler equipped. Triple B can accommodate nearly anything you need to store. The building features two loading docks and one giant 16 ft by 14 ft overhead drive-in door. With a 24 ft ceiling height, our 40 ft by 40 ft bays are perfect for large items, and our 40 ft by 80 ft bays will fit large equipment. Quick fencing is available for valuable goods.

Triple B is open 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday to Friday. We have a full-time customer service representative on site to handle all your needs.

BUILDING

Triple B is a 150,000 sq ft block-and-steel structure with a 20 ft clear height. The facility is equipped with sprinklers throughout, and is heated by high-intensity radiant gas. Lighting in the bays – from energy efficient fluorescent tubes with shatterproof covers – allows for high visibility. Painted floors provide a smooth surface and clean appearance.

MAINTENANCE 

Triple B prides itself on maintaining a high-grade facility. An in-house scrubber cleans the floors on a weekly basis, keeping the environment dust-free. Recycling for wood, cardboard, plastic and glass is available.

SECURITY 

Triple B is monitored 24 hours a day by burglar and sprinkler alarms. Entry-point contacts and motion detectors are armed when the warehouse is closed. A security company spot checks the facility throughout the night. A security camera covers the shipping/receiving area, and records 24 hours a day.

EQUIPMENT 

Triple B offers a fleet of well-maintained, cushion tire, 5,000 Ib propane forklifts with side shifters. Our up-to-date equipment means clients’ products are handled quickly and efficiently, and a bar code system can track inventory.

ACCESS 

Eight dock-level shipping doors can accommodate high-cube trailers. Triple B also has a large drive-in door and inside tractor-trailer bay for receiving flatbed trailers. The shipping yard is paved and well maintained, with an adjacent yard where trailers can be dropped for short periods of time. Multiple shipping doors allow us to schedule dedicated receiving and shipping times to meet our clients’ schedules.

INBOUND  

Triple B works with you and the carrier to schedule the inbound movement of freight. Incoming inventory is recorded on a dock receiver, and the data stored on computer for a month end report. If applicable, we can maintain a perpetual inventory by stock-keeping unit.

OUTBOUND 

Triple B will schedule and co-ordinate outbound shipments according to the your requirements, and shipments are expedited on time. There is a fee for loading the palletized product for shipment, which also covers completing all necessary shipping documentation and the computer input to maintain the perpetual inventory.

STORAGE FEES

Storage fees are charged in monthly minimums, based on the occupied area. Invoices are issued on the first day of the month. Additional space newly occupied during a month will be charged on a month-end invoice. Triple B endeavours to minimize the footprint of each client’s storage area by consolidating inventory and stacking goods where possible.

FREIGHT 

Triple B arranges in and out freight schedules. We process the freight costs and charge the client back on a month-end invoice. We communicate with local carriers and couriers daily, so transportation arrangements can be made on your behalf as required.
